This executive Orlando vacation rental villa is located in Formosa Gardens Estates only 2 miles to Disney. Formosa Gardens is a beautiful Gated Community, offering spacious homes built on one third and half acre plots. Our home is situated on a half-acre. This is a most beautiful plot as it offers a large garden with plenty of space for children to play.
You will find the home is exquisitely furnished to the highest standard and offering all the modern comforts you could wish for in a high-class holiday home. Our Home offers a sumptuous King-size bed set in a separate Master Suite with walk-in closet, separate WC, separate Shower and Bathroom suite. Two Queen-size bedrooms beautifully furnished with top quality mattresses, bedding and beautiful silk curtains. Two Disney themed Children's bedrooms. All bedrooms have their own TVs/DVDs. The sitting room has a 60 inch H/D TV for superb viewing.
The Pool and Spa are set on a large deck with plenty of comfortable seating and Chaise lounges. A dining Table is set under the lanai for alfresco dining with cooling fans for the warm evenings and for your convienence a Pool bathroom is situated off the pool deck.
Formosa Gardens has two lakes, Star and Moon Lake for our clients use, so for those of you interested in fishing you will find the lakes filled with Widemouth Bass and grass eating Carp. Catch and Release Policy is enforced. We have two rods for your use. Or if you enjoy nature watching, you will find plenty of entertainment with the local wildlife.
Within 5 minutes to Disney's Main gate, and local shops, restaurants and golf courses, Wal-Mart is just a few miles away. Universal Studio's, Sea World, Wet n' Wild, Florida Mall, Premium Outlets, are all within 10-20 minutes away on the I4. Orlando Int. Airport is a 20 minute drive away, with Sanford Airport being approximately 45 minutes drive on the I4, or the 417 Toll.
